Request deletion of your personal data
At Storm Chaser, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal information. As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and in accordance with recent legislation, we have made it easier for you to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
It is possible to request the deletion of all the information we have collected about your game account.
To fully comply with this request, means the permanent closure and deletion of the game account. This includes all in-game currency and progress, whether paid for or not. If you simply wish to start a new game do the following steps:
– Open the game
– Click on the burger menu (top right)
– Go to setting
– More setting
– Click the button “Delete user & start a new game”
If you want to request the deletion of your personal data. Please select a title and tell us your user ID and we will delete your user data from our system as soon as possible.
